The CLA will be holding a half day conference focusing on cooperation, interoperability and access in the digital sector.

A series of three discursive panels and interactive discussions encompassing antitrust, IP and tech regulation:

• When Codes Collude: algorithms and competition law
• Access to Data and LLMs
• Incentives to Innovate: the role of IP and competition in generative AI

As this is a combined NexGen event we would encourage members to share details with their colleagues, particularly where under 10 years PQE or equivalent
