AI Half Day Conference

The CLA will be holding a series of panels and interactive discussions exploring competition law and IP issues that arise as AI is being more broadly adopted. These will cover a variety of topics, including when companies may be liable for coordination via AI, the interplay between the DMA and competition law in granting access to LLMs and agents, and challenges caused by diverging national approaches to IP and AI.
